Jit is possible to safeguard outdoor and indoor areas. We use infrared, sound and microwave sensors. Using wireless or telephone or GSM module we are able to transmit alarms and safety status to central protection desk, eventually to mobile phones. Using infrared gates and other elements enable us surveillance of large areas including interconnection with camera systems.
Electronic fire fighting alarms serves for detecting fire in the initial phase and significantly contributes to protection of lives and estates. In many cases the legal obligation to use electronic fire-fighting alarm is determined by standards or fire risk assessments in industrial estate of importance but more and more required by insurance companies and also by private owner and foreign companies. Basic description
Enelex has a long term experience with installing the thermovision systems in demanding conditions such as coal storage yards, waste sites and other facilities mostly in power industry. Most of our applications are the systems of monitoring surface temperatures of stored materials and outdoor security system in areas with a risk of fire. During the designing of the system we use our experience based on a number of applications. In the very new projects we verify the feasibility using the portable systems, for example „The study of coal self-ignition process“.
According to customer needs, we prepare an offer, project documentation, deliver and install the technology, train the users and also provide the servicing and maintenance.

The system of detection of surface temperatures uses the FLIR ThermoVision® A40M-Ethernet or A20M-Ethernet cameras which enable to measure the surface temperature of objects or processing technology etc. Special camera housing provides also a possibility to use add-on the CCTV camera for watching the visible image of the object.
The cameras can be used on fixed mount or Pan&Tilt head, eventually on other positioning devices. The special housings HE168 and HE204 with IR-transparent window allow to use the Thermovision cameras also in outdoor conditions.

Data transferring and recording
For transferring, recording and evaluation of image information and telemetric data there is used a fully digital technology that transfers information on the monitored area at the best quality to the appropriate operator. This digital system uses facilities of TCP/IP network and therefore it is fully interoperable with Internet or Intranet networks. Digital system of fire alarm or fire hazard detection operates automatically and no intervention of the operator is needed for its functioning. In case of alarm, image information is recorded for subsequent event analyses including records on the place and time of alarm location. At the same time, the operator is informed about the fire and he also receives image information on the place of fire – a view to the event place from Thermovision camera as well as CCTV camera.
Use of the system
The system uses one of the most important properties of top quality cameras - their ability to measure surface temperature of objects with sensitivity up to 0.1°C. This property shifts thermovision cameras from relatively simple security applications of night security systems to possible control of technology processes in the role of a very accurate temperature sensor with unbelievably quick response to temperature change of the monitored object or process, and with possible making of records on detailed course of the process. Indisputable advantage of thermovision systems is represented by simultaneous measurement of a few thousands of points, i. e. ability to substitute many measuring devices at a time.
The aircooled version of the camera housing connected with an air-processing unit is available for high temperature or dustiness applications. The dual-tube cover has the air-barrier protected front window. It can be also used in outdoor conditions with extreme temperature changes.
System integration
Thanks to a full digitization, the measuring system of thermovision cameras is ready for an immediate integration into various supervisory systems. Most frequently, this system is integrated into analogous or fully digital CCTV systems. Control unit of the positioning head enables integration of every thermovision camera even to controlling PLC systems for purpose of production technology systems or data collection and at the same time it is able to save production data and data on errors to separate database for diagnostic and service purposes.
